Marvy Agent (“we” or “us”) is an advertising data analytics product operated by Feishu Shenno Group, designed to help enterprise customers connect to and analyze data from overseas advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok. This policy describes the scope of information we collect, how it is used, the circumstances under which it may be shared, and the rights available to you.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: name, email address, phone number, and company name provided at registration
- Advertising Platform Data: data from overseas advertising accounts you authorize us to connect to, including spend, conversions, creative assets, and audience data, obtained solely through interfaces you have actively authorized
- Authorization Credentials: tokens and API keys required to connect to third-party platforms, used exclusively to perform actions you have authorized
- Usage Records: your interactions with Marvy Agent and operational logs, used for troubleshooting and product improvement
2. How We Use This Information
We use the information described above solely to provide analytics services, manage your account, improve product performance, and conduct security audits. We do not use this information for any purpose beyond what you have consented to, and we do not sell your information to any third party.
3. Circumstances Under Which We Share Information
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With the overseas advertising platforms you have authorized us to connect to (such as Meta, Google, and TikTok), as required to provide the analytics functionality
- With service providers who support our cloud infrastructure and technical operations, limited strictly to what is necessary to perform their services
- Where disclosure is required by applicable laws and regulations
Beyond the three circumstances above, we do not reserve any discretionary right to disclose your information.
4. Cross-Border Data Transfer
As this product connects to overseas advertising platforms, your advertising data will be transferred to servers located outside mainland China operated by those platforms. We complete the compliance procedures required under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, including security assessments or standard contract filings where applicable, and apply encryption to data in transit.
5. Data Security and Retention
- Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest; third-party authorization credentials are encrypted and stored separately from other account data
- Necessary data is retained for the duration of your account's active use. Following account closure, your data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 business days, except where retention is required by applicable law. Third-party advertising platform credentials are invalidated and deleted immediately upon revocation

You have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information or withdraw authorization
- Close your account

7. Protection of Minors
